Stir-fried Chicken with Sauce
1.
The chicken was frozen and it was good. Mom and Dad bought a box of it. After thawing, it was cut into small dices. It should be drowned with cooking wine and starch to taste better. It is gone at home.
2.
Cut a cucumber into small cubes, and appropriate amount of onion, ginger, and garlic.
3.
Soybean paste, add a small amount of water to make a sauce
4.
When the pot is hot, pour a small amount of oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté.
5.
Saute the chicken and stir fry for two minutes.
6.
After the chicken has changed color, pour in the prepared sauce (only the soy sauce is a little light in color, so add some dark soy sauce) and stir fry to make the sauce evenly coat the chicken.
7.
Finally, add the diced cucumber and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Soy sauce and dark soy sauce are enough to taste salty and fresh, so there is no need to add salt.
If it is frozen chicken like the one I use, it must be thawed in advance to remove the excess water, so as to save the time of frying in the pot.
