Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage Stem with Sausage

Boil the sausage in boiling water, wash and cut into thin slices. Cut the chopped green onion, cut the garlic into pieces, peel the carrots, and cut the red pepper into half pieces. Cut into thin slices and set aside.

Wash the Chinese cabbage stalks, drain the water, and cut into sections for later use.

Heat in a frying pan until it matures, add corn oil, and stir-fry garlic, carrots, sausages, and red peppers over high heat.

Stir-fry on high heat, quickly pour in Chinese cabbage stems and stir-fry.

Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry on high heat for a minute.

Add vinegar and stir-fry on high heat.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion and harvest the juice over high heat.
