Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage with Frozen Tofu

1. Saute garlic and onion in a frying pan

2. Stir-fry the washed Chinese cabbage

3. Then add minced meat and fry with ginger slices

4. Add frozen tofu

5. Add water, salt and green soy sauce

6. Cover the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Let the frozen tofu soak up the soup and let the cabbage soften

7. OK, it's on the table
