Stir-fried Chinese Chives with Sliced Rice Eel

1. When the eel was bought, the market owner killed it and removed the internal organs and head. Come back and wash the slices and drain the water for later use.

2. Wash the leeks and cut into sections for later use

3. Cut ginger, garlic and millet pepper and set aside

4. Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, bean paste, cooking wine ready

5. Heat oil in a cold pan

6. Add the chopped ingredients and sauté until fragrant

7. Pour the sliced rice eel and stir fry until the color changes

8. Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine and stir-fry until the color

9. Then add an appropriate amount of bean paste and stir-fry evenly

10. Pour in the chopped leeks

11. Stir fry until the leeks become soft and season with appropriate amount of salt
