Stir-fried Choy Sum/kale

Wash the choy sum

Ginger garlic ready

Bring the water to a boil and cook the choy sum for two or three minutes, then rinse it with cold water several times

Heat the pan, pour the oil, fry the ginger and garlic, pour the choy sum and stir fry
5.
About three minutes, add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly
6.
Serve in one minute
