Choy sum is our son’s favorite dish. Either blanched or stir-fried in oyster sauce, you can take the initiative to eat it. All other (except watercress) dishes must be invited to him before he can barely eat a few."

Stir-fried Choy Sum with Oyster Sauce

1. Pick the old leaves of the choy sum, wash and set aside

2. Put the salad oil on the pan, heat it up, add the garlic and ginger and stir fry for a nice flavor

3. Stir-fry the cabbage heart a little

4. Add all seasonings (except soy sauce)
