Stir-fried Cilan
1.
Use a knife to peel off the outer skin of Cikan rice and wash it.

Cut the Chinese rice in half and then slice it.
3.
Mince the garlic, heat the oil in the pot, and saute the minced garlic.
4.
Add the scallions and stir fry, add appropriate amount of water and stir fry until broken.
5.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste.
Tips:
I personally feel that the taste of Cigan is very similar to potatoes. It is soft and glutinous when burned, and crispy when fried. Because of its starch
The content is high, add more water when frying.
