Stir-fried Clam Meat with Green Pepper

1. All materials are ready for use.

2. Pour the clam meat into the dish in advance to melt a layer of ice on the surface, and pour it into a bowl with water to clean and set aside.

3. Wash the green onion and dried chili and mince separately, set aside.

4. Wash and shred the green peppers for later use.

5. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add the chopped dried chili to explode the aroma, and then pour the chopped green onion to explode the aroma.

6. Pour in the washed clam meat and stir-fry for 30 seconds, then pour in 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1-2 spoons of salt, and stir evenly.

7. Pour in the cut green pepper shreds and stir-fry until they are broken, then pour in 1 tablespoon of oil and stir evenly.

Tips:

1: Those who like colored peppers can add some colored peppers in.

2: Be sure to put cooking wine, otherwise the fried clam meat is very fishy.

3: Add some dried chilies to improve the taste, and don’t add those you don’t like.
