Stir-fried Clam with Curry

Soak the clams in light salt water and wash them

Boil the water in the pot, put the clams down and cook until the shell is slightly open

Add a small bowl of water starch, add curry powder, cooking wine, salt, sugar, fresh soy, and stir evenly while cooking.

Tips:
The clams are easy to cook, and they are blanched until their shells open and they are immediately removed.
