Stir-fried Clams

Put an appropriate amount of salt and let it sit for half a day to let the clams spit clean sand

Tips:
1. Personally feel that you don’t need to add salt when sautéing clams, you can add a little salt if the taste is heavy
2. The clams themselves are very delicious, do not add MSG when cooking
