Stir-fried Clams

Soak the purchased clams in clean water for 30 minutes to spit out the mud and sand.

Wash the clams, dry them and set aside.
3.
Cut the green pepper into strips and cut the green onion into small pieces.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion and saute, add 1 teaspoon of salt.
5.
Add the washed clams and stir-fry them quickly and evenly.
6.
Add green pepper and stir fry evenly.
7.
Stir-fry until all the clams are open.

Tips:
Generally, the owner of the flower clams that I bought has processed the silt, but I still need to go home and soak for a while.
