Stir Fried Clams

Hypolo must buy live fresh ones at the market. If they are not freshly cooked, they will have a peculiar smell when they are full of pots.

Soak in salt water for an hour to make clams spit out sand

The clams that have been spit out sand are washed with clean water and drained.

Prepare the auxiliary ingredients: onion, ginger, garlic, coriander, red pepper and cut into the required segments

Put the bottom oil onion, ginger, minced garlic and sauté

Pour in a pint of fresh soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry until it is colored

After sauteing, add clams and start sautéing

Stir-fry the clams quickly over a high fire and open their mouths. The clams are very delicious on their own, so there is no need to add salt and MSG to taste.
