Stir-fried Clams in Taiwanese Style

Cut the green onion into small pieces, cut the red pepper into small pieces, and drain the clams.

Onion, red pepper and minced garlic and ginger, mix well into spices.

Saute the tempeh with oil, add the spices and sauté until fragrant, add the clams and stir fry.
4.
Cover and cook on medium heat for about 1 minute. After opening the lid, add the seasonings.
5.
Stir fry over high heat until the clam shells are all opened, add the nine-layer tower and stir well before turning off the heat.
