Stir-fried Clams with Simple and Rice

All the ingredients are ready, pour the clam meat into a container, pour in water, clean it, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Wash the scallion, dried chili and coriander, cut into pieces and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, pour in the prepared dried chili powder to explode the aroma.

Pour in chopped green onions to reveal the aroma.

Pour in the cleaned clam meat and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in 1 spoon of soy sauce, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oil consumption and 1-2 spoons of salt, stir-fry on high heat until the soup is almost collected, pour in the chopped coriander and stir-fry until the coriander is cut off.
Tips:
1: The purchased clam meat only needs to be cleaned with clean water.
2: If you can't buy the clam meat, you can use the clam instead, but the purchased clam should be soaked in water with salt or sesame oil for 2-3 hours to let the clam spit out the sand.
3: If there is no coriander at home, you can use leek instead or add nothing.
4: Add cooking wine, oil consumption and dried chili to make the clam meat without smell.
