Stir-fried Convolvulus with Red Pepper

Ingredients: water spinach stems, red peppers (stems removed, seeds removed, washed and chopped), minced garlic.

Wash water spinach stems.
3.
Place on the chopping board and chop, set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the minced garlic to the saucepan.

Next, add red pepper and water spinach stalks and stir fry.
6.
Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
7.
Add the right amount of MSG.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
