Stir-fried Corn with Ham and Carrots

Break the corn into two halves. Use the tip of a knife to cut off the corn kernels on the cob, beware of your hands.

Clean it up.
3.
Dice ham and carrots.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, add diced carrots and corn kernels and stir fry.
5.
Add the ham and stir fry a few times.
6.
Pour a small bowl of water along the side of the pot and cook for two minutes.
7.
Season with salt when there is a little left in the pot.
8.
Finished product.
