Stir-fried Cowpea

Wash the cowpea and cut into 3 cm pieces

Scallions, chopped green onions, garlic slices, minced garlic

Heat oil in a wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper until fragrant

Add the cowpea and stir-fry until the color changes

Add salt, pour a little water, and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the cowpeas are cooked through. Serve and serve.
Tips:
