Stir-fried Cowpea with Bacon and Dried Tofu

Blanch the beans and filter the water;

Dice dried bean curd, stir in water, set aside;

Dice bacon and stir in medium-low heat for oil;
4.
Stir out the bacon and decan the excess oil, leave a proper amount of oil in the bottom of the pot, turn on medium-high heat, add the garlic, and sauté;
5.
Pour in dried bean curd and cowpea cubes, add refined salt, sugar and pepper, and take a few strokes;
6.
Add the bacon cubes, sprinkle the cooking wine, turn it over and put it on the plate.
Tips:
The cowpeas are picked and eaten immediately. Don't over-fry them.
