Stir-fried Cowpeas with Sliced Pork, Olives and Vegetables

1. Slice the ginger, wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices.

2. Wash the cowpea, pinch off both ends, and break into sections.

3. Heat a wok, pour a little oil, add sliced pork belly and stir fry.

4. Stir fry until the meat slices spit oil and the color turns yellow, add cooking wine and ginger slices and stir well.

5. Add the cowpea and stir fry.

6. Add the right amount of water (about half the amount of cowpea) and soy sauce.

7. Stir-fry until the moisture is dry, add a little olive vegetable and stir well.
