Stir-fried Cured Duck Leg with Cabbage Sticks

Soak the cured duck legs in clean water to remove excess salt, clean and cut into small pieces for later use.

Clean the cabbage stalk and cut it into small pieces.

Cut several green and red peppers into circles.

Chop a few garlic pieces and set aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the cured duck legs and stir fry to get the fat.

Add garlic diced and prepared chili and stir fry for aroma.

Add cabbage stalks and stir-fry evenly.
8.
Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, and appropriate amount of pepper oil to taste.
Tips:
The cured duck legs bought outside have a lot of salt, so they need to be soaked in clean water for a while, otherwise they will be too salty. Because cured duck legs originally contain salt, there is no need to add salt during the frying process.
