Squid is also called cuttlefish. The cloth bag is cut with a knife, blanched and stir-fried. It is also very popular in new year dishes. You can use bell peppers or garlic sprouts to match the vegetables. Choose according to the materials you have at hand.

Tips:

Cuttlefish flakes can be purchased in supermarkets. They are also called magnolia flakes. The red and green colors of bell peppers will look better. I only have red ones on hand.
