Stir-fried Cuttlefish Flower
1.
This is cuttlefish, also called squid
2.
After cleaning, the claws are used for other dishes, and only use cloth bags; use a knife to crisscross the knife, do not cut, and finally cut into a diamond shape
3.
Put clear water in the pot, add ginger and garlic; when the water is boiled, put in the sliced cuttlefish slices; stir quickly with chopsticks; once the cuttlefish slices are rolled up, take them out immediately
4.
Wash the bell peppers and break them into small pieces
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, add garlic slices and fry for a fragrance; add bell peppers and stir fry
6.
Don’t stir-fry bell peppers for a long time. Add the blanched cuttlefish flowers and stir-fry; add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly
7.
Put in an appropriate amount of water starch; quickly stir-fry until the water starch is thick, and you can start the pan
Tips:
Cuttlefish flakes can be purchased in supermarkets. They are also called magnolia flakes. The red and green colors of bell peppers will look better. I only have red ones on hand.
