Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Green Peppers

Clean the cuttlefish and cut into strips.

Wash the green pepper and cut into shreds, peel the cucumber, wash and cut into slices.

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add cuttlefish and stir fry.
5.
Add some cooking wine to get rid of the fishy.
6.
Add green pepper and cucumber and stir fry.
7.
Stir fry with very fresh soy sauce.
8.
Stir-fry until the green peppers are broken, add salt and mix well and bring out of the pot.
Tips:
When adding soy sauce, just add a little bit. The color is darker and it doesn't look good.
