Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Spring Chives

The cuttlefish are treated and cleaned.

Blanch in water for a while.
3.
Remove and drain for later use.
4.
Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Mince the onion, ginger and garlic.
6.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic.

Add cuttlefish, oyster sauce, cooking wine.
8.
Stir fry for a while.
9.
Add the leeks and stir fry until they are broken.
10.
Finally, add a little salt and stir-fry evenly.
