I saw fresh day lilies in the supermarket and bought a box of fried dishes at home.

Stir-fried Daylily

1. Blanch the daylily after washing

2. Rinse with water

3. Carrots, hot peppers, black fungus, washed and shredded

4. Heat oil in a pan, add carrots and stir fry

5. Add hot peppers and stir fry black fungus

6. Add day lily and stir fry

7. Add in Weijixian soy sauce and stir fry, add some salt and stir well before serving

Tips:

Easy to make and delicious.
