Stir-fried Double Mushroom

Fresh shiitake mushrooms, Coprinus comatus, carrots, green onions.

Wash the ingredients, halve the fresh shiitake mushrooms, slice the carrots and coprinus comatus separately, and mince the green onions.

Heat the pan with oil, add carrots when the oil is hot, and stir-fry twice.

Afterwards, add fresh shiitake mushrooms.

Put in Coprinus comatus again.

Stir fry a few times.

Add salt and water.

Cover and boil, simmer for 2 minutes, add chicken essence, chopped green onion, stir fry and serve.
