Stir-fried Double Shrimp with Rice and White Chili

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut zizania and red pepper into strips, choose dried shrimps that are similar in size to fresh shrimps and soak them in advance

2. Add oil to the hot pan, fry the shrimps, set aside and set aside

3. Add some oil to the original pot and sauté the ginger and garlic cubes

4. Stir-fry the rice white, red pepper, and dried shrimp evenly

5. Put in all the seasonings and sauté

6. Throw in fresh shrimp and stir fry with other ingredients
