Stir-fried Dried Bamboo Shoots with Double Pepper

Soak the dried bamboo shoots cleanly and cut into sections first. Cut the green and red pepper into thick strips.

Cut ginger and garlic into small pieces. Cut green onions into small pieces.

Put water in a pot and boil. Dried bamboo shoots are just used in water for later use.

Put oil in the pan. Saute the ginger and garlic slices. Put the double peppers in the pan, add salt and fry slightly.

Pour in dried bamboo shoots. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken noodles, and stir-fry, add green onions, and then serve.
