Stir-fried Dried Bean Curd with Cowpea

Cowpeas, also called long beans, are broken into finger-long segments.

Slice dried tofu for later use.

Heat the minced garlic in a frying pan.
4.
Add dried tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.
5.
Add the cowpea and stir fry for a while.
6.
Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, add less water, and simmer for a while.
7.
When the beans are soft, they are ready to be served.
