I actually saw this dish when I ate outside in a restaurant. It was used to make wowotou. I tried to replicate it myself. The taste may not be as good as the restaurant’s level, but it’s relatively healthy to cook it myself.

Ingredients

Stir-fried Dried Bean Curd with Garlic Sprouts

1. Diced garlic sprouts

2. Meat, dried seeds diced

3. Cut the chili and ginger and set aside

4. Add oil to the pan, add ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add diced meat and stir fry until the color

5. Add dried seeds and fry until golden

6. Add dark soy sauce, stir fry evenly with oyster sauce

7. Add garlic sprouts

8. Add the chili, stir the chicken broth and mix well,

9. Just install it

Tips:

1. I fry the dried bean curd a bit older, if you don’t like it too chewy, you can fry it
2. I didn’t add salt this time, I adjusted it according to my taste when making it
