Stir-fried Dried Bean Curd with Wormwood

1. Remove the leaves of Artemisia sylvestris, wash and set aside.

2. Shred the dried bean curd, cut wormwood into sections, and cut dried pepper and ginger into shreds.

3. First put the dried pepper and ginger into the oil pan.

4. Put the tofu and stir fry (add a little bit of water, otherwise the tofu will be easily fried)
Then add the reed wormwood and continue to stir fry. Add salt when it's out (dried tofu is more salty, so add more salt).

5. It smells good, I really like the taste of reed wormwood, and it tastes crunchy.
