Reed wormwood is a frequent visitor at my table, and I especially like its unique fragrance. Every year before the Qingming Festival, Artemisia sylvestris is the most fresh and tender. Just pinch off the roots and add a small amount of fragrant dried to enhance the flavor. It is a very simple and quick vegetarian stir-fry, refreshing and tender!

Ingredients

Vegetarian Small Stir-fry-reed Fragrant Dried

1. This is the wormwood bought from the vegetable farm.

2. Remove the leaves and old roots of Artemisia sylvestris, wash and control the moisture.

3. Dry clean and cut into thin filaments.

4. Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the wok, heat it up slightly, add some salt and stir fry together.

5. Add dried shreds and stir fry.

6. Serve ready to serve.

Tips:

1. Artemisia reed is very tender now, so we should fry it out quickly.
2. Xianggan is a side dish, and it can also be matched with stinky dry, which will have a special flavor.
