Stir-fried Dried Fish

Soak the dried fish in vinegar water for more than 10 minutes

Shred the onion, cut the garlic, and shred the ginger
3.
Fish dry clean and drain water
4.
Heat oil, add shredded onion, ginger, garlic cloves and sauté
5.
Pour in dried fish and stir fry
6.
Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and stir well
7.
Repeatedly frying, just fry the excess water in the dried fish.
Tips:
Dried fish is soaked in vinegar blister to reduce the fishy smell
