Stir-fried Dried Fish with Green Pepper

Dry clean the fish

Add vinegar and cooking wine and soak for 10 minutes. Wash and drain water

Heat oil, add dried fish and fry until firm

Put it in a bowl and set aside

Wash the green chilies

Cut long pieces

Heat oil, add green chilies (must turn on the smoke machine)

Stir-fry repeatedly until it is broken

Add some oyster sauce

Put in spare dried fish

Add salt to taste, stir well and turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table
Tips:
1. Generally, dried fish has saltiness, so you have to taste it when adding salt.
2. It is best to choose green chili, which is very attractive to match with dried fish.
