Stir-fried Dried Petrel Fish with Chili

Wash the peppers and cut into diamond shapes. Slice garlic.

The head and viscera of the dried petrel fish are removed.

Put 2 tablespoons of Korean chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon into a bowl, and mix thoroughly.

Heat up a frying pan, add garlic slices and fry to taste

Pour the sesame oil in the pot, add the dried petrel fish and stir fry for a taste

The finished product is sweet and spicy.
You can also use other dried fish instead.
