Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Leeks and Edamame

1. Preparation: Wash the edamame, cut the leeks, cut the dried tofu into strips, prepare the oil, rice sauce, and spicy fermented black bean sauce. Today, I don’t want to sauté the scallion and ginger. Mix the two sauces with equal amounts and stir fry with oil, and then stir-fry. This dish is sauce-flavored.
