Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Leeks and Edamame

Preparation: Wash the edamame, cut the leeks, cut the dried tofu into strips, prepare the oil, rice sauce, and spicy fermented black bean sauce. Today, I don’t want to sauté the scallion and ginger. Mix the two sauces with equal amounts and stir fry with oil, and then stir-fry. This dish is sauce-flavored.

Mix the above two sauces in equal amounts. The sauce is originally salty, so I won't add salt later.

Heat the pan with cold oil and saute the mixed sauce until fragrant.

Add edamame and stir fry

Add dried tofu and stir fry

Add leeks
