Stir Fried Duck Gizzards

Wash the duck gizzards, tear off the fascia, and slice with an oblique knife. Cut chili, minced garlic, chopped green onion and set aside

Ignition key, Vantage programmable stove fire power adjustment key to select 5 gears, heat up the pan with oil, put the duck gizzards in the oil to heat up, stir-fry the duck gizzards, add cooking wine to remove the fishy, and serve after changing the color
