Stir-fried Duck Gizzards with Garlic Stalks
1.
Duck gizzards are clean and thinly sliced! Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces! Ready as other materials!
2.
Put the duck gizzards in the pot with cold water and add a little cooking wine to boil! Remove and wash!
3.
Put a little more oil in the pot than usual, add ginger and garlic in the hot pot and stir fry until fragrant!
4.
Pour the duck gizzards and stir fry a few times
5.
Then add the garlic sprouts and chili and stir-fry evenly, add some salt and stir
6.
Pour a circle of cooking wine along the side of the pot, don't turn it over!
7.
Boil until there is no alcohol, pour in the sauce! Stir fry quickly to dry the sauce! Almost two minutes
8.
Then you can get out of the pot! I don't like to put MSG these! Hehe...
Tips:
I like the duck gizzards to be softer and more tasty! So I put it in for frying very early!
If you don't like it soft, put the garlic sprouts after the cooking wine and sauce steps! Finally, stir-fry with duck gizzards for 2 minutes! It's ready!
