Stir-fried Duck Gizzards with Hot Pepper

                                Cut the hot pepper and ginger for later use (wash the duck gizzards and cut for later, forget to take pictures)

                                Stir-fry the pepper and ginger in a hot oil pan until fragrant

                                Put the duck gizzards down and stir fry. Put a proper amount of white wine and stir fry for a minute. Add sugar and a small amount of boiling water. After the duck gizzards are fried, add salt and stir fry evenly
