Stir-fried Duck with Hot Pepper

Duck meat is cleaned and drained

Add starch, salt and oyster sauce and stir evenly for marinating preparation

Green pepper, millet pepper, garlic slices

Pour oil in hot pan, add garlic slices and sauté

Stir-fry the marinated duck meat, pour some cooking wine and stir fry until fragrant

Tips:
