Stir-fried Edamame with Foreign Light Pepper

Ingredients: edamame.

Light pepper.

Kaiyang (already soaked).

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Remove the stems and seeds of the bell pepper, wash and fish out.

Place on the chopping board and cut into dices, set aside.

Then, lower the edamame into a pot of clear water and blanch until it is cut and cooked, and then remove and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched edamame and the cut bell peppers and stir fry.

Then, add the soaked Kaiyang and stir fry until the bell peppers are cut off.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

Seasoning and stir-fry well, ready to go.
