Stir-fried Edamame with Mushrooms

Ingredients: edamame (peeled and washed).

Fresh shiitake mushrooms (washed).

Lamb tail bamboo shoots (homemade).

Put the washed shiitake mushrooms on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Tear off the lamb tail bamboo shoots, place them on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is cut off and cooked, remove it and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the cut fresh mushrooms and stir fry.

Then, combine the edamame and lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry well and serve.
