Stir-fried Edamame with Sauerkraut and Lean Pork Shreds

Ingredients: edamame.

Sauerkraut stems.

Lean shredded pork.

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Put the sauerkraut stalks on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Afterwards, put the edamame into a pot of clear water and boil, cook until it is cut and cooked and soft, remove it.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the lean pork shreds, add some cooking wine and stir fry until the color changes.

Then, combine edamame and sauerkraut stalks and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
10.
Stir-fry well and serve.
