Stir-fried Edamame with Taiwanese Sausage

Peel the edamame, wash and drain.

Cut the sausage and edamame-sized cubes.

Mince ginger.

Cut green onions into sections for later use.

Heat the pot with oil and sauté the minced ginger.

Pour in the edamame and stir fry for about 2 minutes.

Pour in the diced sausage and continue to fry for a few minutes.
8.
Pour in a little Jinlan soy sauce and salt and stir well.
9.
Season with a pinch of salt.
10.
Finally, add chopped green onions and stir well.
Tips:
1. You can use light soy sauce instead of Jinlan soy sauce.
2. The edamame is very tender and can be cooked after a few frying. If it is a little old, please add some water and fry it again.
3. This sausage has black pepper in it, it's very fragrant! You can substitute ordinary sausages.
