Stir-fried Edamame with Watermelon Peel

Peel the edamame and wash, peel off the watermelon skin, wash and cut into strips

Heat in a frying pan, add edamame and stir-fry for 5 minutes

Add watermelon peel and stir fry

Stir fry with salt

Then add chopped pepper and stir fry

Finally add MSG and stir-fry evenly out of the pot
Tips:
1. Choose the crispy watermelon rind. Peel the watermelon rind and remove the flesh, then pickle it with a little salt for a while and then wash it off, so that there is no grassy smell
2. Stir the edamame thoroughly and then stir-fry the watermelon rind. Don’t fry the watermelon rind for too long, otherwise it won’t be crispy.
