Stir-fried Edamame with Wild Rice

Ingredients: Edamame

Zizania

Kaiyang (already soaked)

Peel the edamame, wash it, and set aside.

Peel the zizania officinalis and clean it.

Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

Afterwards, lower the edamame into a pot of clear water, blanch it from raw to cooked, remove it and set aside.

Pour the oil in the saucepan and heat it up, add the chopped rice whites and stir fry.

Then, add a little water and stir fry until the wild rice is broken.

Then, combine the blanched edamame and the soaked edamame and stir fry.

Finally, add some salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry well and serve.
