Stir-fried Eel

Kill the eel, take the bone, and cut into sections (usually the boss should kill it when buying it)

Heat the pan, add oil to heat, pour in the killed eel section (Note, the killed eel must not be washed again, it must be bloody)
3.
Then stir-fry the eel segments until the eel segments are completely discolored, then add ginger, garlic rice, salt, and millet peppers and stir fry.
4.
Add oyster sauce, chicken essence, purple number, dark soy sauce, and fry for two or three minutes.
