Stir-fried Eggplant with String Beans

The kidney beans are removed from the head and tail and the meridians, and cut off from the middle.

Remove the stalks of the eggplant, wash and cut into pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in the pot and fry the kidney beans first, because the kidney beans are not easy to cook.
4.
When the green beans change color, add eggplant and stir fry together.
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt and water, and stir-fry.
