Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom

Cut the onion, red and green pepper into shreds.

Blanch the enoki mushrooms in boiling water and remove them.
3.
Put a little oil in the boiler, add onions and saute until fragrant.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir fry.
5.
When the enoki mushrooms are soft, add red and green peppers and sauté slightly.
6.
Add a little bit of flavour, salt, and chicken essence to season the pot.
Tips:
The enoki mushrooms should be blanched slightly before being put into the pot.
