Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom with Green Bean Sauce

1. Prepare some pickled mung bean sauce.

2. Wash the enoki mushroom and set aside.

3. Peel and chop garlic, remove the seeds of green pepper, wash and cut into strips for later use.

4. Boil the washed enoki mushrooms in a pot of boiling water.
