Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom with Green Bean Sauce

Prepare some pickled mung bean sauce.

Wash the enoki mushroom and set aside.
3.
Peel and chop garlic, remove the seeds of green pepper, wash and cut into strips for later use.

Boil the washed enoki mushrooms in a pot of boiling water.
5.
Pour oil in a wok to heat, add garlic and green beans and stir-fry for a while.
6.
Add the blanched enoki mushrooms and green peppers and stir fry together.
Tips:
Green Bean Sauce is a salted food with heavy salt content. You have to taste it before deciding on the amount of salt, not adding salt or adding less salt.
