Stir-fried Enoki Mushroom with Leek Sprouts

Ingredients: Leek sprouts (cleaned and cut into sections), enoki mushrooms (cleaned).

Put the washed enoki mushrooms on the chopping board and cut them.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the cut leek sprouts and stir fry.

Then, add the cut enoki mushrooms and stir fry until cooked.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
